Talk Through Your Brief
A specialist production layer for brand studios, creative agencies and marketing teams.
WEB / MOTION / REAL-TIME 3DWe start with the gap in your team’s production plan. The engagement can be narrow or collaborative, with ownership agreed before work begins.

BEST FOR / APPROVED DESIGNSTest the difficult interaction before promising the finished experience. A small, paid prototype lets you test the idea and see which assets and technical work it needs.
BEST FOR / PITCHES & EARLY CONCEPTSBring us in for one phase. We’ll agree the tasks, who reviews them and the delivery date. You’ll know when specialist contractors are involved.
BEST FOR / A SPECIFIC PRODUCTION GAP| Decision | Your agency | Our production role |
|---|---|---|
| Client relationship | Own the account and approvals. | Follow the agreed communication route. |
| Creative direction | Approve design and brand decisions. | Develop agreed layouts and interactions. |
| Scope & changes | Consolidate client requests. | Explain production impact before changes. |
| Release | Confirm content and client acceptance. | Test the build and support the agreed deployment. |
| Ownership & credit | Agree permissions and account ownership. | Document source, licenses and handoff terms. |
The details that keep your client promise and our production scope aligned.
You may have an approved design and need a development partner, a campaign concept that needs an interaction prototype, or a website project that exceeds your current capacity. We start by understanding the brief, the client commitment and where our contribution begins and ends. Your team keeps the client relationship.
We can support product and service-brand work. A straightforward website and a complex 3D launch require different estimates, collaborators and reviews. We identify the appropriate production approach rather than applying the most elaborate technique to every brief. Availability and timing are confirmed for each engagement.
Extend the event story before and after the live moment. We can scope campaign microsites, browser-based product demonstrations and interactive brand stories that visitors reach through a QR link or follow-up campaign. The digital experience should give the visitor something specific to understand or do.
We coordinate around the event date, brand approvals, asset readiness and your production team’s responsibilities. Kiosk use, touch displays, offline operation, registration systems and on-site support need their own requirements and scope. Your agency keeps the client relationship; our core team manages the agreed digital build and specialist collaborators.
For implementation work, your team can supply approved layouts, content and behavior specifications. We review those materials, identify gaps and estimate the build. For a broader engagement, we can include page design or interaction direction within an agreed brief. The proposal states which creative decisions we own and which remain with your agency.
White-label work can be delivered under your agency’s presentation, with communication routed through your project lead. If direct client participation would help, we agree its purpose and boundaries first. We also agree confidentiality, portfolio permissions and credit before production so nobody has to resolve those questions at the end.
A usable estimate depends on more than a page count. We need to understand templates, responsive behavior, content volume, integrations, motion and approval requirements. For interactive work, the number and condition of supplied 3D assets matter as well. We flag assumptions and dependencies instead of hiding them inside a single delivery date.
We establish milestones for structure, visual review, working implementation and acceptance. Feedback is consolidated through an agreed decision-maker. New page types, additional scenes and changed integrations are assessed before work proceeds, with the effect on cost and schedule made explicit. Your team can explain those changes to the client before the work goes ahead.
Production can include responsive front-end development, WordPress implementation, campaign pages, motion and WebGL scenes. We review the required editing workflow and the existing technical environment before selecting tools. A visually ambitious project still needs readable content, usable navigation and predictable behavior on agreed devices.
Complex 3D assets may involve specialist collaborators. Their role, access and costs are discussed as part of the production plan. We make sure everyone knows which files are approved, what they need to deliver and when to review them. That helps avoid late changes holding up the build.
We test the scoped routes and important tasks, including navigation, forms, responsive layouts and relevant accessibility behavior. Interactive work also needs loading, touch controls, reduced-motion and fallback checks. Your team reviews a working build against the agreed acceptance criteria rather than relying only on screenshots.
The handoff can include source code, asset references, deployment notes and content-editing guidance. We identify third-party licenses, account ownership and ongoing dependencies. The exact deliverables are agreed in the scope so your team knows what it can maintain internally and where further support would be useful.
A first engagement can be a focused page build, a development phase or a feasibility prototype. That gives both teams a practical way to assess communication and delivery before discussing a longer relationship. We quote the production scope and separate optional work, external services and specialist asset costs.
For repeat work, we can discuss a defined support arrangement based on the volume and type of requests. Capacity, response expectations and what counts as a new project should be explicit. We do not treat ongoing support as unlimited production. Your margins depend on a realistic scope, and so do ours.
Defined responsibilities, dependencies, milestones and review rounds.
Website or interactive production aligned with the approved brief.
Agreed source files, deployment notes, asset details and maintenance guidance.
Different skills, one shared direction. We combine development, motion and interactive production around your agency’s approved brief.
Agree responsibilities, inputs, dates and review points with your agency.
Translate the approved direction into a working build or interaction prototype.
Prepare the agreed checks, documentation and handoff for your team.
Preparing the product
Communication follows the arrangement agreed with your agency. Direct client calls or presentations happen only when that role has been agreed.
We can discuss an NDA and agree confidentiality and portfolio permissions before receiving sensitive materials. We do not assume permission to publish client work.
Yes. We review layouts, responsive states, interactions and content readiness before estimating. Missing states or unresolved design work are identified as part of the scope.
A paid, bounded prototype or feasibility assessment can help evaluate an ambitious idea. We agree its purpose and deliverables; speculative production is not assumed to be included.
Start with a defined project. If the collaboration fits, we can scope repeat production or support with explicit capacity and commercial terms.

Talk Through Your BriefSee the craft in context: explore STRATUM, our original industrial technology experience ↗
Your team needs to run the site after it launches. We choose the technology around what you need to edit, the systems you already use and the work we’ve agreed to build.
We use these tools to model 3D assets, create materials and lighting, and build the scroll and mouse interactions you see on this site.
Explore the technology in action ↗We can work with WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Webflow or a headless CMS. Tell us what you’re using, or we can help you choose a platform before the build.
Discuss your platform ↗We’ll ask who updates the content, which systems need to connect and who will maintain the site. The proposal spells out editing access, integrations, training and support. We choose the 3D and animation tools to suit that setup.
